Axemann Brewery is a 27,000 square-foot production brewery and taproom located in a revitalized metal factory in Bellefonte, Centre County, PA. The design and construction of the facility were focused on repurposing existing metal works and features, paying respect to the site’s heritage. Original lights, windows, and even doors from the lockers used by the employees have found new practical uses while creating a cool industrial vibe. The atmosphere and spaciousness, large TVs and game area, and open-air seating overlooking a stream and active railroad combine to make Axemann a unique destination for craft beer lovers! Axemann’s vision is to brew and serve quality beers true to regional origins, and the 30-barrel production operation specializes in European and American east and west coast styles.
