The Wolf & Warrior is a five barrel capacity New York State Certified Farm Brewery, the first of its kind to ever exist in the City of White Plains. Over 80% of the grain and 40% of the hops we brew with are grown in the great state of New York. We are extremely proud to produce a local agricultural product that features the terroir of our region. We make the following beer styles, and we make them extremely well: classic American and West Coast India Pale Ales, New England or “Hazy” IPAs, Kolsch- style ales, Blonde ales, German lagers, fest biers, Stouts, Porters, Saisons and Hefeweizens.
