Hudson Ale Works is a small batch craft brewery and eatery located in Highland, NY. Founded in 2013 by three locals; an old vacant manufacturing building was transformed into a vibrant brewery, eating and event space with indoor and outdoor seating. Starting with just four taps, HAW now offers a diverse selection of beer styles on over ten taps, all crafted in house. In addition to beer; HAW offers ciders, wines and a few specialty cocktails. And lets not forget about the food. A delicious food menu available to pair with the delicious beer.
