Minor Key Brewing is a family-owned and operated 4-barrel (120 gal), production and packaging New York State Farm Brewery. Located in East Greenbush, NY, come visit us at the barn! We make beer in a barn behind our house and holy shit! has it been a process. We bought the 5-acre property in February 2020 and in June 2020 we started trying to dig our way out of this... Eventually uncovering this, which was built in 1861, but which also wasn't much of a candidate for renovation into a brewery. Then in April 2021, we started taking down the barn, by hand... In June 2021, we started building a new barn Which was completed in March 2022...and then opened in June 2022 And in June 2023, we completed a gazebo just to the north of the brewery...hope to see you soon for a beer!
