Unexpected Craft Brewing Company is a new brand, but not a completely new company. River Rouge Brewing Company is the parent company and UCBC is our latest project. They offer a wide selection of beers, including Belgian ales, barrel-aged batches, and housemade cider and wine. They also have a food menu with pretzels, fries, pizzas, and snacks.
