New Oberpfalz Brewing is a brewery that specializes in classic German beer. It was founded on the basis of the world needing more Helles. The brewery was commissioned on December 22, 2014 after a 12 month renovation of a circa 1930 retail storefront on Main Street in downtown Griffith, Indiana.
