7 Hills Brewing was established in 2017 with the intention to bring friends and strangers into a communal space for a positive experience while sharing home brew and light food pairings. Our rustic industrial setting is reminiscent of a German bier hall, with large tables and long benches that support big groups and shared guest seating. The open wood ceilings supported by century old wood pillars echo the sounds of the machines and laborers of the Millwork era. 7 Hills produces craft beer on site, prepares upscale pub food, while serving up hand crafted cocktails to round off its well procured selections. From far travelled tourists to nearby neighborly regulars, everyone is welcome to be immersed in the good vibes that await our front doors.
