Big Trout Brewing is a locally owned and operated brewpub, offering a wide selection of craft beers, tasty bites and a comfortable environment. They have invested in a state-of-the-art brewhouse through IDD, a brewery equipment company out of California, called a High Efficiency Brewing System (HEBS). They believe in giving back to the community whenever possible and have selected certain beers where they donate a percentage of the proceeds to a local non-profit.
