Salt Road Brewing utilizes Northern Colorado's location to source quality local ingredients to create unique, classic, and innovative styles. We still, however, recognize extraordinary ingredients located outside of our great state. And, if we felt we could not make great beer from local ingredients, we wouldn't do it.
