The Metropolitan State University of Denver, also known as MSU Denver, is a public university located in Denver, Colorado. The university has a brewery on campus, known as the Brewery Operations Program, which offers a degree in brewing operations and has a partnership with the Tivoli Brewing Company. The brewery has a quality analysis and quality control lab, a fermentation science lab, and a sensory analysis lab, among other facilities.
