Breakwater opened its doors in July of 2008, on the corner of Pacific Coast Hwy and Seagaze Drive in downtown Oceanside, just steps away from the town's iconic pier. The restaurant started brewing beer early in 2009, and has been delighting local regulars and visitors ever since.
